Only verified, contracted partners may resell EKO Labs USA products.\n\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f29dbe6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f29dbe6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. Authorized Resale Channel\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c6a6acd elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget-mobile__width-inherit elementor-widget-tablet__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c6a6acd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Authorized resellers may distribute EKO Labs USA products only to:<br \/><br \/><\/p><ul><li>Verified laboratory or research-use accounts within their authorized channel;<\/li><li>Other authorized resellers within the EKO Labs USA partner network, with prior written consent;<\/li><li>End buyers that meet the same intended-use and verification standards required by EKO Labs USA.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e92831b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e92831b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3. Prohibited Resale\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-29e6c40 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget-mobile__width-inherit elementor-widget-tablet__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"29e6c40\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Authorized resellers must not:<br \/><br \/><\/p><ul><li>Resell to consumer-facing telehealth, prescription, or pharmacy operations;<\/li><li>Represent products as medical, therapeutic, or treatment products;<\/li><li>Modify, repackage, or relabel products without written consent;<\/li><li>Sell products into jurisdictions where supply is not permitted;<\/li><li>Violate the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cef00c1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"cef00c1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4. Contract Pack\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-978fac7 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget-mobile__width-inherit elementor-widget-tablet__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"978fac7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Authorized resellers receive, at onboarding, a contract pack including: Non-Disclosure Agreement, MAP policy, and applicable multi-state addenda. All resellers operate under those agreements in addition to this Policy.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4d1685b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"4d1685b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">5.
