The SMS sign-up page at ekolabs.us/sms-signup.html and the ekolabs.us website may use cookies and similar technologies for basic site functionality, security, and analytics (for example, to remember your session or measure page visits). We do not use cookies or tracking technologies to send you text messages, and we do not link cookie data to your mobile phone number for advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

5. Data security practices

We protect your information using reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for our web forms, password-protected and access-controlled systems for stored contact records, and limiting access to staff who need it to operate the messaging program. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by law.

7. No sharing of SMS opt-in data (our commitment)

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

SMS opt-in consent and phone numbers are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Your SMS consent is not transferred to any other brand or company.

To operate the program we use a text messaging platform provider (an aggregator) and wireless carriers to deliver messages. These providers may process your phone number solely to deliver messages on our behalf and may not use it for their own marketing.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued participation in the SMS program after an update means you accept the updated policy.
