1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ekolabs.us and the services of EKO LABS INC ("EKO Labs," "we," "us"). By using the site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. Our SMS program is governed by our SMS Terms & Conditions.

2. What we do

EKO Labs helps patients and clinics access prescription treatments. We coordinate consultations with independent licensed physicians and, when a physician issues a prescription, fulfillment by a licensed partner pharmacy. EKO Labs is not a pharmacy and does not practice medicine. Every medical decision is made by a licensed physician.

3. No online sales

Nothing is sold or paid for on this website. The "consult request" feature only prepares a list for you to go through with our team on a call. Pricing is shared only after a physician approves treatment (or, for clinics, after account verification). A request does not guarantee that any treatment will be prescribed.

4. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate, complete information. Clinics and doctors must hold valid licenses and provide the documents we request before any professional order.

5. Educational content

Guides, videos, the research library and all other content are for general education only and are not medical advice. Compounds in the research library are not FDA-approved medicines and are not offered for sale. Always talk to a licensed physician. In an emergency, call 911.

6. Third-party content and links

The site links to and embeds third-party content, such as YouTube videos and government resources. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content. Brand names are trademarks of their respective owners.

7. Intellectual property

The EKO Labs name, logo and site content belong to EKO LABS INC or its licensors. Photographs credited on our credits page are used under their stated licenses.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, EKO LABS INC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date above (September 30, 2026) will change when we do.
