These SMS Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the text messaging program operated by EKO LABS INC ("EKO LABS," "we," "us"). By opting in to receive text messages from EKO LABS INC, you agree to these Terms and to our SMS Privacy Policy.
The EKO LABS INC SMS program sends text messages to people who have opted in through our web form at ekolabs.us/sms-signup.html. Messages are sent one-to-one by a member of the EKO LABS team and may include:
Messages are primarily in Brazilian Portuguese, with English available on request. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you one final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up again at ekolabs.us/sms-signup.html or reply START, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you, according to your mobile carrier's plan. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Wireless carriers are not responsible for the content of our messages, and delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. EKO LABS INC is not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery caused by your carrier, your device, or network conditions.
You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to the EKO LABS INC SMS program. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided. Do not opt in on behalf of another person.
Information collected through the SMS program is handled according to our SMS Privacy Policy, available at https://ekolabs.us/sms-policy.html. In short: no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
If you change or deactivate the phone number you opted in with, please notify us so we can update or remove your record. We may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued participation after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
