Reseller Policy

1. Scope

This Reseller Policy applies to authorized partners and resellers approved through the EKO Labs USA Authorized Partnership Program. Only verified, contracted partners may resell EKO Labs USA products.

2. Authorized Resale Channel

Authorized resellers may distribute EKO Labs USA products only to:

  • Verified laboratory or research-use accounts within their authorized channel;
  • Other authorized resellers within the EKO Labs USA partner network, with prior written consent;
  • End buyers that meet the same intended-use and verification standards required by EKO Labs USA.

3. Prohibited Resale

Authorized resellers must not:

  • Resell to consumer-facing telehealth, prescription, or pharmacy operations;
  • Represent products as medical, therapeutic, or treatment products;
  • Modify, repackage, or relabel products without written consent;
  • Sell products into jurisdictions where supply is not permitted;
  • Violate the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy.

4. Contract Pack

Authorized resellers receive, at onboarding, a contract pack including: Non-Disclosure Agreement, MAP policy, and applicable multi-state addenda. All resellers operate under those agreements in addition to this Policy.

5. Documentation Pass-Through

Authorized resellers receive Certificate of Analysis documentation with every shipment and are responsible for providing equivalent documentation to their downstream verified accounts.

6. Compliance Audits

EKO Labs USA may, on reasonable notice, audit reseller compliance with this Policy and the contract pack. Repeated or material breach may result in suspension or termination of reseller status.
