2. Research Materials Are Final Sale
Because EKO Labs USA supplies analytical reference materials and laboratory research compounds, opened or unsealed products are final sale and not eligible for refund. This policy exists to maintain chain-of-custody integrity for research-grade materials.
3. Damaged or Defective Shipments
If your shipment arrives visibly damaged, or if a product is verified by our compliance team to be defective (for example, deviation from the Certificate of Analysis), you may request a replacement or refund within 5 business days of delivery. Photo documentation and shipping documentation are required.
4. Order Errors
If we ship the wrong product, we will replace the order at our expense. Please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
