This Privacy Policy explains how EKO LABS INC ("EKO Labs," "we," "us"), a Florida corporation at 3900 NW 115th Ave, Coral Springs, FL 33065, collects, uses and protects information when you visit ekolabs.us, contact us, or use our services. Our SMS program is also covered by our SMS Privacy Policy.

2. Information we collect

Contact details you give us: name, phone number, email, state of residence, and, for clinics, business and license information (for example license number, NPI, certificate of insurance and business documents).
Messages you send us by phone, SMS, email or web forms, and what you tell our team on a call.
Health information you choose to share so a licensed physician can evaluate you (for example health history, medications and goals).
Website data: basic technical information such as browser type, pages visited and approximate location derived from your IP address, collected by our hosting provider for security and performance.
Consult request list: treatments you add to a consult request are stored only in your own browser (local storage) until you call us with them.

3. How we use information

To respond to you and schedule calls and consultations.
To connect you with an independent licensed physician and, if a prescription is issued, with our licensed partner pharmacy.
To verify professional accounts for clinics and doctors.
To send messages you asked for, including SMS if you opted in.
To operate, secure and improve our website and services, and to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. How we share information

Licensed physicians who evaluate you, and our licensed partner pharmacy that dispenses a prescription, only as needed for your care.
Service providers that help us operate (for example messaging, telephone, hosting and scheduling providers), who may use information only to provide services to us.
Legal reasons: when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing.

5. Health information

We treat health information you share as confidential and share it only with the physicians and pharmacy involved in your care or as required by law. Physicians and pharmacies have their own legal duties to protect health information. Please do not send sensitive health details through public social media.

6. Cookies and third-party content

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website (for example pages viewed, approximate location and device type). We turned off Google signals and ad personalization, we do not send the treatments you select or the contents of your messages to Google Analytics, and our website does not use advertising cookies. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Videos are embedded from YouTube using its privacy-enhanced mode and load only when you click play; YouTube's privacy policy then applies.

7. Data security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted HTTPS connections and access-controlled systems. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it.

8. Your choices and rights

Ask to access, correct or delete your information by contacting us.
Opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help.
Depending on your state, you may have additional privacy rights; contact us and we will respond as required by law.

9. Children

Our services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The effective date above (September 30, 2026) will change when we do.
