Important safety information

Boxed warning: risk of thyroid C-cell tumors. Do not use if you or your family have a history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN 2. Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and constipation. Pancreatitis and gallbladder problems have been reported.
